At Southwest Child Care Early Learning Centers we have high standards and strive to hire and train quality educators for the families we serve. We work to develop our teachers as a whole, we offer in-house training, as well as community training opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must pass a state and a federal background check

  • Must be willing to take at least 36 hours of continuing education per year

  • Must be flexible, as working with children changes day-to-day

  • Must be able to meet job requirements listed on Employee Job Description (given after 1st interview)
